This is getting to be Irritating.............
I am finding it very irritating to open my L4 program and going to a layout of Bibles and finding note bubbles from the Community notes. If this pertains to you, would you Please be so kind as to remove them. This is a beta., and I prefer not to have your notes.
Thanks.

In the visual filter button menu, uncheck the notes you don't want to see. Notice: I have unchecked ALL of the community notes:
True. But then I have to do this for every Bible, not just one.......I shouldn't have to....if others do not understand the process they should not use it....till they grasp it.

I don't have community notes so I don't know, but did you try right clicking on the note file in the drop down to see if you get the message "Do not show in any resources". I get that message for the other notes.

What type of notes are you asking to be deleted? A persons group notes, or notes shared to their my Faithlife? Community notes are supposed to be a way to share notes. So they will show up unless you check them off.

If you have L4 updated then you have them, or at least access to them. / It doesn't work that way.........Thanks.

Philana, I take it you mean by way of the filter? if so then you will need to do that for every Bible you have.....thanks.

R4M,
I am unclear what notes you are asking to be deleted. There are notes posted to "my Faithlife" I think those are viewable by everyone. Is this what you are asking Faithlife users to delete.

Jerry's direction is correct--you can turn off the notes from a FaithLife group by right-clicking on it in the Filters menu and selecting "Do not show in any resources":
Alternatively, if you don't want the notes from a group to show up at all, you can remove yourself from the group on FaithLife. Joining a group in FaithLife means you will get any community notes for that group.

Todd, I tried that and I still had to go to each resource and click it....so it may be a bug.../?
