Suggestion: More instruction for step 3 of initial profile setup.

I think it would be nice to have some additional setup instructions
during initial profile setup for a new account on Faithlife. In
particular at Step 3 (Join Groups). I was a little unsure of the
differences between Join, Follow and Observe for the various groups that
showed up for my location/church selection. Also I've noticed a lot of
groups that are closed. Is there a reason these groups appear? Seems
like it might be good if they weren't visible by default but could be
accessed by a filter (ie "Show Closed Groups") button. Just some
thoughts.
