Unable to play pronunciation audio

I have the Scholar's Platinum Library so I assume that I have the Pronunciation Tool but when I click on the speaker next to a word it just blinks at me. When I hover over the speaker again it says "Unable to play pronunciation audio". I'm also unable to hear the pronunciation when I use the right click menu, Lemma, Pronounce.

My software is upgraded to 4.5b SR-1.

I'm running Windows 7 with an i5 processor, and 8 GB of memory.

Play sounds is selected in Program Settings.

My volume is turned up.

I have other audio programs installed on my computer such as iTunes, Spotify, Windows Media Player and Real Audio and they all work fine.

Am I missing something somewhere or could another program be interfering with playing the pronunciation in Logos?

I'd appreciate any help you can provide.

    Just a bump to my own post to keep it from getting lost. Forgive me for being persistent but unfortunately I haven't had much luck getting questions answered on the forum.

    Anyone have a solution to my problem?

    Sorry, I can't be of much help on this one. In the future, it might be better to post this kind of question in the PC forum. It might help to get a quicker response related to your question.

    Since using current stable Logos 4 release, one option is contacting Logos => http://www.logos.com/about/contact

    Observation: Logos 4 Windows forum focuses a bit more on using Logos 4 on Windows (in contrast to the General forum).

    Curious if diagnostic logging has interesting messages ? wiki has => http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging

    Apologies: using Logos 4.5b SR-1 (4.52.0.2194) on Windows 7 with Scholar's Platinum plus additional purchases, can open Tools => Pronunciation, then click a lemma to hear pronunciation with choice of Erasmian or Modern.  Also can click audio in an Exegetical Guide Word by Word section to hear pronunciation.  Likewise right click menu, lemma, pronounce works.
