mark 7***** bread?
Learning as i grow. So that being said i was reading mk 7 and thru doing my studing come to understand that the word bread in verse 2 is plural and in verse 5 is singular, Do i have a resourse in my (scholar library) that will help me do this when i read from the ubs text, If not maybe you can tell me of a resourse

The UBS text should be parsed, any time you hover the cursor over a word it's complete morphology should be visible in the lower left corner. This would include identifying plural and singular forms. You don't any additional resource it's built into all Greek Bibles, this should be available for and English Bible with a reverse Interlinear.

In addition to the good advice from Philana you can use Visual Filters for this - see http://wiki.logos.com/Visual_Filter for an introduction to how they are used.

I would be inclined to use a visual filter:
I use a single line box for sungular, and a thick lined box for plurals
EDIT: Here is my setup feel free to borrow/adapt as needed

Another idea is a singular arc and a wavy line for plurals that can be combined with more Logos Greek Morphology visual filters:
