This went from community pricing to pre-pub on February 5, 2010. It has been in prepub for over 2 years and 3 months.
Are there plans to actually bring it to production?
The problem is that he's not wearing socks under his sandals, so his feet are cold. He thus needs to warm his feet on a sunlit white surface, but the light is too bright for his eyes to cope. Clearly Bob needs to enforce sock wearing or all of the production team will get cold feet over their resources.
Especially considering that the version for greek readers was done in March of 2010 (and that was twice the length of this resource)
We should have news about this one soon. There are some significant issues we need to resolve. I apologize for the delay.

Interesting. You've piqued my curiosity, especially since Alford's longer Greek Testament was produced so quickly.
Thanks for the update, looking forward to more news.
Just wanted to point out that this now has a ship date: June 14th.
Unfortunately, we will not make this ship date. We need to do some significant work on this collection, so we're bumping the ship date back to address these issues.
I'm very sorry for this. I realize this is one of the oldest Pre-Pubs, and that it has dragged on too long already. We are working hard to make this right, and we will get you a quality resource as soon as possible.
Thanks for the heads-up, Kent. I must ask if Logos is typing the whole resource in, considering the ship date is now the 3rd quarter of 2012. It is going to beat out Barnes Notes for the longest wait on a CP title. [:O]

Unfortunately, it's now too late to further solidify Barnes' claim to that distinction.
Barnes took time because people didn't bid. The production was very fast as I remember it. If I understand you correctly, this resource is very different, in that it's the production that's taken exceptionally long.
Looks like the ship date was bumped back again to February 2013
We're beginning to get a growing list of February ship items. Fortunately, they aren't very expensive. I get concerned when this starts to happen since it would only take one or two big ticket items to cause difficulty.
Looks like I have 7 of them in Feb, so I will be canceling a few of them. I made a suggestion a while back to help remedy such situations, but alas more cancelations ...

I am not surprised at another postponement, and while once upon a time I took each new postponement as an unfortunate and unavoidable occurrence, I was expecting this to happen once again, until finally everyone on the list gives up and cancels. Then probably Logos will re-launch it as a much more expensive product.
I first enjoyed finding and using Alford 55 years ago, first through "The NT for English Readers," and then into the full set of the Greek Testament, which I have rebound and rebound again through age and use. But it is too expensive in the Logos edition, so I continue to refer to my old faithful and also Google's kind free PDF download.
But with The NTER being postponed once again, as I approach my 80th year, I am reconciled to it probably never being available at this hoped for bargain price.
