Are you trying to find your reverse interlinears? In the first screen shot below, I have highlighted in red the RI button, which will bring up the reverse interlunar shown in the second screen shot. If this doesn't work for you, my first question for you would be what base package do you have?

Gary, the reason why I ask is because I suspect that you are using a version that doesn't have a reverse interlinear. You will only get the popup info on the bottom if it is a reverse interlinear text
