4.5b 4.52.0.2176; the first issue showed up, I think, during the 4.5 beta cycle. The second issue has been around a while. Neither of these issues take place in the Windows version.
Two issues that I've mentioned before. One of these issues was mentioned a while back and I think a fix was issued but it quickly reverted and has been present a while. The other issue I think I posted about a few weeks ago.
When using my custom passage guide, it is not unusual for the top text field (where the passage is entered) to drop down when I'm trying to click a commentary. This usually does not result in false clicks - that is, the passage does not change, it opens the commentary as desired, but it is annoying and requires clicking elsewhere to make it go away.

The second issue happens when doing a search. This doesn't happen all the time, but frequent enough to be very annoying.
I tend to type fast, and when typing in the search box it tries to auto-suggest terms. I'm often finished typing my search and have hit enter to run the search before it displays the suggestions, but the suggestions pop up anyway and cover my search results requiring that I hit escape or click away to get rid of the suggestions. This is obviously not time consuming, but it is an annoyance I've put up with for a while. In this case, I wish there were a way to turn off the suggestions. I don't believe I have ever used them so they are an annoyance much more than a help.
