Which milestone do I use for "reference" indexes?

The Catechism of the Catholic Church (CCC) was released today and I noticed that the numbered paragraphs are indexed as a "Reference" (screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/hGm37.png). It makes it nice because I can reference paragraph 1200 using "CCC 1200".

For my own books using Personal Book Builder, I've tried [[@Page:]], [[@Headword:]], and [[@Reference:]] (the last one is not a real milestone).

Any suggestions?

    You can't create a datatype like CCC but you can simulate it with:-

    1200 [[@Headword:CCC 1200]]  --->  use a Heading style, though
