Hangs on Preparing your Library

It would appear my recent Logos requested upgrade has hit a hang point. I recently updated my version of Logos (the software prompted me to update). Logos has be preparing my library for over 48 hours and will not allow me into the program until its done. I'm not sure what to do but I'm fairly certain it is not to take this long to prepare my library. Any help is welcome.

Curious about hardware specifications ? e.g. CPU, RAM, Storage (if hard drive, rotational speed)

Note: installing Logos 4 on a netbook with a library that has thousands of resources can take days for indexing to complete.

Logos has be preparing my library for over 48 hours and will not allow me into the program until its done.

Reboot the computer and start diagnostic logging -->http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging

Then start Logos4 and upload logos4.log if Preparation continues for more than 2 hours.
