Problem setting up Reading Plan

I have set up quite a few Reading Plans over time, but have come across a new problem today. I wanted to read Eusebius' Church history, so went to set up a Reading Plan for pages 81-387 of the N icene and Post-Nicene Fathers, Second Series, Volume 1. I have set up Reading Plans for other books with page numbers previously without problems, and tried it successfully just now with another resource. When I try it with this resource, however, the red box outside the page range does not go away, and if I force it by typing a name for the range and tabbing out, when I press "Go" on the Reading Plan, Logos crashes. The resource does have page numbers, unless there is another level of page number tagging that is required that I cannot see. Any thoughts? I have attached the logs.
[Edit] Sorry - forgot to say, I am on Windows 7 service packed up to date, and on the Service Pack of Logos 4 that came out today.

Personally learning this resource has a couple indexes. Wonder about setting up a reading plan for:
Hist. eccl. 1.1-10.9.9

Thanks very much for this suggestion - it worked fine! Still a bit bemused that page numbers won't work but I'll get on with reading rather than worry about that.
Thanks again.

Rejoicing with you [8-|] plus appreciate bemusement about pages not being allowed when a resource has other indexes (initially replicated red box in reading plan passage for pages, then clicked in resource to see about other indexing).
