If I quote a book (such as a commentary or dictionary) in my notes and want to reference it with footnotes or endnotes for Turabian format, how do I insert them? I cannot find anything in the notes other than hyperlinking, but that doesn't help with citing sources in the footnotes area, and it turns the quote blue. Thanks!
