Unable to update

Icon in tray says I have an update to install. When I start it, the installer eventually asks for me to insert my Logos4 installation disk. Even when I do this and point to the folder where logos4.msi is, install still will not complete. Final message is that the older version couldn't be removed. What is going on? What do I have to do to complete update install?
