Logos should really do something about its servers!
Downloading resources to mobile devices is painfully slow with frequent timeouts (which means that you have to start the download again from the beginning.
I have reported the issue to to Tech Support and have seen no improvement. Downloading large resources (like the ESV Study Bible) is an exercise in futility.
I know the problem isn't my Internet connection (Speedtest is within spec) or mydevices as I have no problem downloading resources from Olive Tree, Amazon or Sword.
I am in Cleveland, OH and my brother is having the exact same problem in Phoenix, AZ, so it isn't a regional issue.
