I recently paid to upgrade my WBC Volume 25 Isaiah 34-66 to the revised volume. I did not get the new volume even though I paid for it. When I discovered the problem I called Logos Customer Service and because the rep to whom I was connected had the older version on his computer, he insisted that I had the only version available. I had to point out that the Logos website had a newer version listed, that the copywrite date on my file did not match the advertized volume, and that they took my money for a book I already had. I believe the employee honestly believed that he was correct when he explained that Nelson provided the files to Logos and that this was the only file available. He listened to me again explain why I believed I did not have the correct file even though it was the same one he had. It took him some time but he discovered that his computer was not up to date, found the correct file and got it to me.
If you have purchased or updated WBC #25 Isaiah 34-66 since 2005 You might want to check to see if you got what you purchased. I do not know when Logos started selling the revised version but.... The original volume had a copoywrite date of 1987. The revised volume has a copywrite date of 2005. The title page also has "Revised Edition" below "Isaiah 34-66".
