Need assistance as I am unable to unlock Resource

I've purchase the Bible Logos on 15/1/2012.
Recently, there is a problem with my workstation which the technicians from Dell has advise me to reformat the hard-disk. After reformat the hard disk, I have download the lbxlls file type into Resource folder.
When I tried to access the files using Libronix Digital software, I find that the Resource is locked and unable to unlock the resources.
Kindly assist.

Your best bet would be to contact/call Logos customer service. They are able to resolve licensing issues.

Priscilla, welcome to the forums.
Libronix has a license file it uses to grant permissions for resources. That file can be backed up locally or you can synchronize it over the Internet. If you let Libronix synchronize over the Internet all you need to do is go to the Tools menus and select Account Management. Then click the Next 'button', let Libronix synchronize your licenses, and click next until the Close 'button' appears. Click on that.
Now close and reopen Libronix and see if you can open your resource.
If you still can't you'll need Logos technical support. You can use email, but it is slower: tech@logos.com.
