When Logos is open, I touch the screen, it crashes. But if I use a mouse, it works just fine.
As I was installing it and downloading resources, if I touched the screen, it crashed, too.
Anyone knows the cause and fix?
Hi Bokman
Absolutely first thing would be to make sure you're using the latest touchscreen drivers for your PC. The same for your touchpad. The reason is the two drivers often don't coordinate, especially in sleep mode.
Then your video driver, since there's interaction with the overlay touch layer.
I very much doubt L4 is the issue per se; it's video intensive and that would be where to look. I've used the Dell touch (which developed issues in the hinge) and now the Lenovo 220 tablet. On the latter I get conflicts with 4 different drivers especially with sleep (touchscreen, digitizer, touchpad and the little red thing in the keyboard).
Recently Lenovo updated all the drivers. Much better.
I think DMB is on the right track here. Be sure you're totally up-to-date on all of your applicable drivers and windows updates.
If that is still crashing for you, please attach your log files to this thread per the instructions here: http://www.logos.com/L4/Support/DiagnosticLogging
Thanks,
I'm using L4 on my Asus EP121 without issue, so it's definitely not a L4 specific problem.
