Some Attaboys to Customer Service

Just wanted to say to Logos how much I appreciated the way I was treated today when I called to make some account adjustments. The person who answered the phone was very professional and upbeat. She then transferred me to another person who was also extremely kind and gracious who handled my situation very quickly.
It was an absolute joy.
I am reminded that I need to answer my business phone in the same way as these two did.

Logos treats you well and i found more than once they are almost more upset than I have been when errors have crept up.
