Please Help with Error message

Every time I try to paste a note from a commentary I get the following message:

Logos Bible 4 Software has stopped working

A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if you a solution is available.

It's getting very frustrating. Anybody know what this is?
