Why would everything be locked at My Resources? All my books, journals. Where do I go to fix this? Thanks for your advice
I don't imagine that anyone in the forums will be able to answer this. I would suggest that you call customer service at Logos. They're good people and will undoubtedly resolve the matter immediately. Logos phone: 800-875-6467
Paula - Welcome to the forums. Sorry you are having troubles. I think in this situation, your best bet would be to call customer service during business hours: 800-875-6467. Did you change your email address?
Did you (or someone else with access to your computer) sign out of Logos, or sign in with a different log-in than the one you purchased your Logos resources with?
As Logos starts, hold down the CTRL key (Windows version) and log in with your current Logos user ID. Note that this is usually the email address you used when you purchased your Logos resources. It may or may not be the same as your current email address. If you've changed your email address at the Logos sight, you might just need to sign in with your new user ID.
If none of this works, or makes sense, call Customer Service, as others have already suggested.
