The program seems to crash from time to time when I generate reports.

We'll need specifics to help you and Logos will need them to identify what is happening and be able to fix it.
What exactly were you doing when the crash occurred? What exactly happened in the crash - error messages? What are your machine specs? What operating system are you using? Stuff like that.
