I have the Faithlife Study Bible and I have a couple problems... First I cannot send a community note from logos. Second, there should be a a seperater above my notes and that is not there. What could be wrong?

When I right-click on a reference I get the option to create a community note in the bottom-right of the menu as shown below
What do you get when you do the same thing?
And is this on Windows or Mac? If we can't resolve this quickly, it might be useful to repost this in the OS-specific forum as more people will look at those.
I get the same thing. Here are some screens shots.
Its seems like it works when I works when i use myfiathlife but when I use my created group I cannot use a community note.
I am using windows if that makes any difference.
Interestingly, I just posted a 'community note' from L4 about 5min ago to a group I created, and still do not see it yet.
Maybe something has changed that we are not aware of.../?
I can see it in the comm-notes listing and it keeps trying to load, but the note is there.....but not in the group..

Just came back from a couple of laps in the pool, sooo refreshing....anywho. I check my group and it still has not shown up....but it does show in L4 com-notes.
Maybe a techie from HQ needs to have a look see......

Are you sure that you have the correct Visual Filter set to cause your community notes to be displayed in your Bible?
Which visual filter should be selected?
Actually just make sure you didn't de-select the Faithlife groups where notes exist in your resource. What groups do you belong to?
I do not see Faithgroups visual filter.
In your screenshot above you had the VF menu open in the ESV - there should be selectable lines for all groups you belong to that have notes in the bible. But you shouldn't worry, as there was Community Notes icon visible (for your own note presumably) in your screenshot the filters seem not to be an issue. Again, to which Faithlife groups do you belong (if any)? It may be necessary that you do.
EDIT: I see you joined Faithlife Beta just recently, Go to 1 Cor 12:7 and you should see a note indicator and (after clicking it or if Community Notes is open) my note from above. Try to reply to it and to make a community note yourself

it seems the issue was that you need to be member of a group that has Community Notes in the resource. Now your VF menu in the ESV should show the Community Notes (at least those for Faithlife Beta) above your notes, somewhat like this:
Mick, all my filters are on for the esv, since that it what I used for the note, and I still do not see it in the group I created - christadelphian. But I do see it in the Comm-Note for L4.....you[or anyone else] try one for the same group, use Gen 1:6.
