Just checked iPad and I'm updating it now!
I have updated on my ipod and have 'Look Up' feature working again.

I can confirm as well, I updated (from 2.1.3, since I had reverted back from 2.1.4) and everything seems to be working correctly.
I was hoping for syncing of collections. :– (

Yes. You update through the app store, like always.
It's working perfectly so far.
I too updated yesterday. However my highlights / notes are not showing.
