Putting books into the reader on my tablet

So I really like the reader on my new Asus tablet and would like to put some of the books from Logos 4 in that reader's library for easy access. (So far, I've found the Logos app clumsy to use. I'm sure I will eventually get it figured out.) Anyway, is there a way to export the books in a format I can use with that reader?

As far as I understand there isn't a way to do that. Logos resources are not just ebooks that can be read in any reader application - they contain a lot of additional information - tagging, milestones, references to other resources, etc.

You can print to Microsoft Word (less than 100 pages at a time - so it may take multiple passes), then send the MS Word document straight to Kindle. I have tried using Calibre and printing to a PDF, but sending the MS Word document seems to give the most readable results. Kindle does the conversion and the appearance (at least on my Fire) is great.
