Ice Cream Sandwich Bug

An Ice Cream Sandwich (4.03)) bug has previuosly been reported at:

I did not want to just bump this report as I disagree that it is a little bug, it strikes me as a really annoyiong bug that makes the app really difficult to use.
The problem is that while elsewhere in the app (1.0.3) when you tap the menu button the menus pop up nicely when you are in read mode the menu pops up so that it is obscured by the Android task bars so you canot see what they are and are very hard to select.
Is this seen as a bug that will (when the time is ripe) be fixed?
