I pre-ordered the "Dictionary of the Bible" on April 7, 2012 and the resource was delivered on June 1, 2012.

A friend of mine also pre-ordered the same resource and was able to download the resource. I, on the other hand, cannot for some reason download the resource. 

Since June 1, I was able to download other resources that were pre-ordered and a couple of books from Vyrso.

All customers do not get pre-orders at the same time due to the processing of credit cards and sending out of individual emails. If you haven't received an email that your order has been processed, your order may not have been processed yet, but should be soon.

If you did get an email, try typing Update Now in the L4 Command Bar and hitting Return. Wait as L4 checks for an update. If that doesn't trigger a download, try closing and reopening L4. Otherwise be patient. Unless there has been an error you should see your resource soon.
