Re-installing Libronix on a different Computer

I have recently installed libronix from the Thomas Nelson Bible study Library on my new computer and I also have the MacArthur Lifeworks Library. When I installed and loaded all books in both suites I was asked to put in my serial numbers for both of these to unlock all the books included in them. I HAVE LOST MY SERIAL NUMBERS. Are they kept in a database on the Logos website where I can retrieve them or must I call to retrieve them. SOMEBODY HELP!!!! I have searched everywhere and cannot find these numbers and I really need those books unlocked. Thanks very much!!!!!

    Welcome to the forums. If you synchronized your licenses in Libronix, they are on the Logos servers. All you'd need to do is synchronize licenses from your new installation for them to be recognized. Go to Tools>Account Management and hit the Next buttons until you are done. If you haven't loaded the books to your Resources file, you'll need to do that.

    If you didn't sync your licenses you can call Customer Service and see if they can help.

    If you still have a working Libronix installation

    • copy your resources to a removable device (e.g. from C:\Program Files (x86)\Libronix DLS\Resources)
    • Use Tools > Library Management > Backup Licences .. and store on the removable device.

    On the new computer:

    • copy your resources from the removable device to C:\Program Files (x86)\Libronix DLS\Resources
    • Use Tools > Library Management > Restore Licences .. and load it from the removable device.
