Link to basic guide on Personal Book building

While in class in seminary, one of my professors mentioned having notes on the Gospel of John (that was what the class was on) which he was unable to put online for us because of some problem with the school's system. So I asked him if he would be willing to simply email them to me. He basically said sure and that he'd be glad to. I figured it would be a simple little something of 20 some odd pages. He proceeded to send me his compilation of notes totaling a measly 352 pages, haha. And conveniently, it's in Word document form. I figured this would be the perfect item to make into a Personal Book. So...
Can someone link me to a page on the basics of Personal Book building as well as share some of what you've learned, experienced, etc.

Best place to start would be the wiki:
http://wiki.logos.com/Personal_BooksIt includes a linke to MP's videos.
It may also help to download some examples from the Files forum.

Don't know if you intend to share these or not, but you would need the professor's permission to do that.

I'm not thinking that far ahead quite yet. I need to actually get it made first. I'm sure he'd be okay with it though. But we'll see.

This thread Biblical Illustrator - 4 Books (Matthew, Mark, Luke and John) has some discussion you might find helpful in this project. Each of those volumes are much larger than your professor's notes, but the discussions are instructive. There are the original documents followed by modifications from other forum participants which will give you an idea of what is involved in producing a quality PBB.
Let us know if you need anything else.
