Hello fellow Logos users. I would like to clear the bookmark lines from the vertical scroll bars of the various windowpanes. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance -- JT
Hi John
Have a look at http://wiki.logos.com/Visual_Bookmarks - it should give you what you need

Every few months, someone asks how to get rid of the 'tread marks' on the scroll bars. I wonder if anyone uses them?
The concept was good; the problem was that within a short time there were so many, it was unusable. Too bad they didn't limit them to their usual 'five' (which of course users would then want to change).
But 5 marks for history treads, maybe 5 for searches. That would have worked well. Probably with Windows8 (don't know about Mac), the concept is 'over' since touching the treads is a disaster without a very tiny finger.
Oh well. Logos4 in its early development probably had a lot of good ideas but the pressure on development limited 'going back' and refining them.
I wonder if anyone uses them?
Occasionally I use them. For example, when I am using a book for research and skim through various parts, the tread marks can help me navigate back to the places I visited. Of course, this only works for less used books without tons of older "tread marks"

Same with me.
