I spend 99% of my reading / highlighting / note taking NOT on Logos4. I'd sort of watched the various betas on the conversion of highlighting to notes, but I'd never really tried it out.
Today I was messing around with the tread-marks versus history-clearing to see if there was ANY way to use them except on new books. Best I can figure there's some sort of relationship but who knows how it works.
Then I thought to maybe use a single highight to keep a visual place (bookmarks can't be seen; ditto favorites). I did the right-click thing.
Whoa, was I surprised. Stick with the Highlighter panel.
