Hi Travis
I've taken over development for the WordPress Plugin and will be addressing these issues in the next update. These notices won't adversely affect the functionality of RefTagger or WordPress. So you should be fine continuing to use the plugin till the update comes out.

Hopefully you can help me with this issue. For the life of me, I cannot find a place to insert the code into wordpress.com. I have it in my Blogger site, that was easy, but I cannot find an HTML page in wordpress.com where I can enter the code.
Sure hope you can help me with this.

Sure hope you can help me with this.
Right now, RefTagger is designed to only be used as a plug-in for WordPress.org self-hosted blogs, not WordPress.com blogs.

Bummer.........
Reftagger works great in Blogger, but I can't get Word 2010 to post to Blogger. Word works great with Wordpress.org. I really like using Word to create my blogs, but disappointed can't post to Blogger.
Do you suppose there will be a time when we will be able to use Reftagger in WordPress.com??

It's very unlikely because WordPress don't allow it: http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/#javascript
If RefTagger got enormously popular on wordpress.org, then they might make an exception, but that's very unlikely.

You can use RefTagger on WordPress.org (self-hosted sites), but not on WordPress.com (sites hosted by WordPress).
