slow navigation of saved resources

If I have saved a resource, I can jump to a new position or view a popup link almost instantly, while offline. However, if I jump to a new position while online, it takes several seconds. It appears to get the data for the new position from Logos servers, even though the resource is saved to the mobile device. This is inefficient an frustrating.

I would expect if a person saves a resource that they use often, they would also want to use that precious space to speed up access to the book, even when offline. It also means that precious and limited mobile data will be used unnecessarily.
