Logos cannot update when starting up and gives me the following error message.
What can I do about it.

the error message did not post so what it says is
C:\Users\Steve\AppData\Local\Logos4\en-US\Logos4.exe.mui.verify that you have access to that directory
I have no idea what this means.
I'm assuming this failed during an update of the software.
You can try to fix the folder -- http://wiki.logos.com/Fixing_Logos_4_folder_Ownership
Otherwise, right click the Logos4 icon and select "Run as Administrator" (this should not be necessary when you start L4 subsequently, but will be needed for future updates of the software).
