These collections were to have shipped today. Has anyone been able to download them?
I've only seen one person who has downloaded it. http://community.logos.com/forums/p/50740/374799.aspx#374799I have not gotten it yet. Hopefully tomorrow.
These two plus the Greek Studies collection was suppose to ship today, but I haven't gotten them yet either.
Been waiting all day, have updated numerous times, and quit/restarted a number of times.
No luck, although my account says it ships today.
Not me. But Anabaptists are used to being persecuted. [:P]
I have not received them yet

Calvinists have undergone a bit of that as well. [:O]

Thats ok. It was God's will. [:P]
None of three today, but what's new....

You can tell when the resource is ready for download by waiting on the email notices but I prefer to watch my Orders" page for quicker notice. If the resource still appears at the top of the "Open Pre-Pub Orders" list Logos has not processed your payment yet. If the resource shows under your "Order History" list that means Logos has collected payment and released your resource for download.
Sometimes that "Ships today" label can morph into "Ships 06/11" and sit there for several more days while Logos plays catch-up. [O]
You can probably see this on your orders page

No, that isn't what I have on my orders page (I didn't order Curtius). [;)] [:D]

That, and the fact that you are using that other OS [:D]

This morning I see the Anabaptist Collection and Zwemer have morphed to "Ships Yesterday" I would include a screen capture but I seem to have mispaced my Snippet Scissors.
I decided to call tech support and find out what was happening.
This probably isn't new for people who have been using Logos for a time, but it is for me.
My account does say Ships Yesterday, but is still in the Pre-Pub section. This is something ST had mentioned earlier in this thread.
The sense I got was that not everyone gets a package at the same time. The clue that yours is coming is when you get an e-mail that your credit card has been charged. (I haven't received that.)
There was no way for support to know when mine would be delivered, but I was told that I should check in after two weeks... which, frankly, seems like a long time before one should check in.
The bottom line is I haven't received it and no one at Logos knows for sure when I will. It's not exactly what I'm used to when buying digital resources. But I don't know Logos well enough to know if that's standard or if it's a flaw in their delivery process and they way they shows delivery dates.
I've adjusted my expectations on this and figure it will arrive when it's good and ready.
but I was told that I should check in after two weeks...
This definitely is not usually the case. I normally get mine within the first couple of days after release.
I just got the Anabaptist + Mennonite Collection downloaded (I was literally on the phone with Customer Service when it shipped). So they are being processed.

Correct. There are often several resources shipping the same day, and many buyers for each of them, so it takes time to work through the lists.
It's also not unheard of that shipping dates change at the last minute, sometimes simply because they've scheduled too many and realize they won't get to the last one that day, sometimes because someone finds a bug that needs to be addressed before shipping.
As long as the resource can still be seen at http://www.logos.com/products/search?Status=Pre-Pub&start=0&sort=shipdate&pageSize=60 they haven't even started processing the orders yet. When it moves to http://www.logos.com/products/search?Status=Live&sort=newest they have, but it will generally take several hours more before they get to your place in the queue, and if you're unlucky they run out of time before they do, and have to go home for the night. If you're really unlucky they have to go home for the weekend. (They do work overtime sometimes, but far from always.)
Before you get the e-mail it's completely meaningless to try to download.
I was told that I should check in after two weeks...
You were talking to the wrong people. This isn't a tech support issue, but a customer service one. Apart from when they released the free Perseus collections I don't think I've ever gotten a resource later than the second work day. It would have to be a resource with an exceptional amount of orders for it to take longer.
