Pronunciations

When i right click on a word and select the pronounce option, i get no sound. when i hover over the speaker icon, i get a "pronunciations not available" alert.
All the obvious checks with computer sound are working properly.

What package (if so) do you own? Pronunciation is not available for the free software engine or the entry level packages. If your package doesn't contain it, you need to upgrade your package or buy an addin (some 20 bucks IIRC).

Which word in which verse? Can you give an example?

Most relevant: Did you look at words in Greek (should work) or Hebrew (still under development = won't work whatever you do)?

For instance:
in NA27 John 15:4 I left click on "abide" and in the information column the Louw-Nida appears with a small speaker next to the Lemma, i click on it and no sound.
Next...I click on the play button in the top right to have the passage read and all i get is a lot of t's and e's read...in English, definitely not Greek.
Then...I right click on the word in NA27 and under pronounce and i get no sound either when the lemma is selected.
I don't understand...

Hm. This may be a case for Logos technical support, who can logon to your computer (if you allow it).

Gary:
Which version of Windows Media Player are you running? To check: open up the program, click help, and About Windows Media Player. If you don't see Help, tap the Alt key on your keyboard and you'll see the menu bar.
