How do I make Bible passages on Facebook to be linked to Biblia.com? I am referring to multiple passage. Eg. Jn. 1:1; Lk. 2:3; Rev. 5:6.

Facebook isn't really designed for that. There is a way, however, but it is inelegant.
I don't think this is what you are wanting to do, but I don't think there are any other option from within Facebook.
I think you are wanting Reftagger features within Facebook, but I don't think that is possible.

Perhaps my point was missed. It isn't Logos that would need to make a change, it is Facebook. It isn't that Logos wouldn't want to do that, rather it is that with Facebook you can't do that.
