These resources (in my opinion) are some of the best Dead Sea Scrolls material available and they have been ordered over a year ago. Can Logos give us an update? Thanks!

Anyone, Anyone?
If you've ever been down to the Salt Sea after the tour buses have left for the day, it's very quiet.
I've never been the Dead Sea, but I'd love to go.
I notice Peter Flint is in on the Lexham Bible Dictionary: http://lexhambibledictionary.com/contributors/
Maybe he could help us try to wake the Dead Sea Scrolls resources up?!
DMB: Thanks for the link to the list of contributors to the Lexham Bible Dictionary. That's a veritable who's who of Bible scholarship there. I'm now prioritizing it higher.[:)]

In like Flint. Sorry, couldn't resist—the Devil made me do it. [:D]
The geology of the Salt Sea doesn't support 'Flint'. But of course, it DOES support 'diabolos'.
I'm continuing my Stone and Dung; Oil and Spit book (Magness). In the section on coinage, I didn't know this but there was/is significant caches of ancient coins around the edge of the NW side of the Dead Sea. Apparently the water level is returning to its 1stc BCE levels or maybe a bit lower. Anyway I'd assume the old causeway in Roman times would now be easily 'walkable' and so S&G, early home of 'diabolos'.
The argument I guess is why coins were tossed/stashed along the shore. Magness' suggestion was the pre-rabbinic need to unload money without it retaining value. Sounds a lot like the Judas account.
