I know you can name a layout and then drag it to make a shortcut. However, once I open a layout and then open additional resources and searches, can I save that as the same layout or do I have to rename it as some other layout?

If you go to the Layout menu and find your named Layout then Right-Click on it. One of the options will be to update the Layout, this will update the shortcut to.

Hi Kevin,

If you want to update the Layout you had saved previously with the new pieces then you can navigate to the Layout panel and right-click the layout you want to update and choose "update to current snapshot". If you want it to be a new and different layout then Name the current snapshot what you want the new Layout name to be.
