Indexing Issue

I remember this happening before......................... the Logos indexing starts and runs for a minute and then I get a Windows error message saying the program has stopped.

I think there is a file that you delete and then start the indexing again.  Can anyone help me with this issue.

Can you repeat the behavior with logging enabled? Here is a link on how to: http://www.logos.com/support/windows/L4/logging

 

P.S. I especially need the Logos4Indexer.log file.
