cannot install logos4 mac

when installing I get the following message:

"Logos Bible Software 4 has detected a problem with your system configuration.  Click OK to correct the problem.  This action will require an administrator's password."

Then, when I click OK and enter my admin password, nothing happens.  Any suggestions?

Unusual for Logos 4 Mac to need an administrator's password, suggest contacting Logos Tech Support => http://www.logos.com/about/contact  Caveat: phone lines are closed on Saturday and Sunday in Bellingham, Washington.
