Logos 4 Not starting

Hi there,

Recently, Logos 4 has not been able to start. I think it was open at one point and when I came back to the computer, the computer had an error saying something like "Operating system not found" so I shut it, and when I turned on the computer again I was not able to run Logos. I have attached the log files to this post. Can someone help me please? If it helps any, I'm using a Gateway T-6836 and Windows 7.

Need help. I am having the same issue, though do not remember an error message. I now double click and get nothing. iPad works fine. Thanks for help!

Barry, we need diagnostic logs to help.

Please enable Logging ( http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging ) and upload your logs ( http://wiki.logos.com/Uploading_Logs ) so we can take a look.

Bug: No Start on Program Icon Double Click

Description
Has not responded to double click for a week. Have restarted machine (HP running Windows 7) and tried with no other apps running.

Steps to reproduce

Logos 4 does not load (does not come up in Task Manager at all

Actual Result
Nothing

Expected Result
I expect Logos 4 to start and perform efficiently as alway!

Hi Barry,

The last time you were having a similar issue I emailed you and you stated that you had it fixed. What did you do that time to resolve the problem? Can you get us a copy of the Logos4.log file? Thank you.

I had forgotten that this happened before. I do not recall that I did anything in particular. I sent the contents of the Logos4 log file folder. Here they are again.7802.Logos4IndexerCrash.txt

These logs are at least one week old and we would like to see current logs, especially the logos4.log file. But first update to the latest 4.5c SR-3 using this link http://downloads.logos.com/LBS4/Installer/Logos4Setup.exe

Thanks OK. Did install and it started fine. There are only four files in the Logos Log File folder. Here is the latest file
