Misplaced Paragraph in ESV Study Bible

A paragraph relating to the Hebrew alphabet appears under a chart of the Greek alphabet on page 2599:

According to my hard-copy ESVSB, this paragraph should be the second paragraph in the discussion of the Hebrew alphabet on page 2595, but it's missing there:

(Also reported this as a typo, but it's not really a typo.)

Interesting.

Speaking of the ESV Study Bible notes, how do you like them in Logos? I have the print version. But I've been hesitant to repay for the notes for the Logos version.

I really like having the ESV Study Bible notes in Logos. Here's my set-up:

So much easier having the links and refs show up in the lookup window, but I guess that applies to all of Logos' resources!

I can't say for sure, but it is possible the change was prompted by the publisher, and was done after your printed version was produced. Whether that is the case or not, you can highlight the paragraph and report it as a typo. In the report just indicate what page it should be on.

You do this by highlighting and right click the text. Then choose "selected text" on the right, and then on the left you should see "report typo".

How frequently would you say you encounter references to other resources in your library? (I ask because I just ignore references when reading paper, so I don't keep track of how many other books it mentions.)

In the ESVSB most of the references are scriptural. But there are some to other ancient documents - Dead Sea Scrolls, Josephus, Mishnah etc.
