Personal books available on IPAD

I love the ability to create personal books from files on my PC. 

Are there any plans to make those personal books available on the IPAD?

It would be great to be able to read, highlight and take notes on my personal books with my IPAD.

Anybody know anything about this?

The link that Jerry provided is a good one if you have not read it. In a nut shell, Logos plans to do this but it will be a while. Look for L4 to sync personal books before it comes to the iPad.
