Personal files folder location

Where is the Logos 4 folder located in OS X Lion where all personally created items are kept like all the different kinds of files, etc?  Are there any personal items integrated into other folders, or anything simply not contained in the main folder?  Basically, I just want to duplicate the folder that contains all my personal things so I can have a copy in case anything goes wrong and I lose all my highlighting and notes and passage lists and prayer lists in Logos, etc.
