Is there a way to print or export all notes for example, I have a note file for every book of the bible, so is there a way I can print or export the book of Genesis notes.

In the top left of the genesis notes screen there is a print/export button. This will export it to most formats you should be after. It will export the notes as they appear, so if you, like me, have notes set to 'compact', you'll want to change this to 'full' otherwise it won't come out as you planned.
