0 resources and no confirmation e-mail

I bought and downloaded Logos 4 Bible Study package today and for one never received a confirmation e-mail after my purchase that it said I would receive, and also I have no resources. No bibles, interlinears, commentaries, nothing. The only content I can access is the default news page. It says I have zero resources, and no updates available. Logos is literally just an empty palate. Help is much appreciated brothers!

Jesse - First, welcome to the forums!

Several thoughts: 

1. Logos has to download at least two parts. The first is the software engine, which you have already downloaded. The second part are the resources themselves.
2. Once a resource has been purchased and credited to your user account (tied to an email address), it should download automatically, provided that you have signed in with the proper email address & password.
3. If the download does not begin automatically, you can use the command update now.
4. Depending upon the size of the package you purchased, the download could take MANY hours, depending upon your connection speed.
5. Once the download is complete, the software will need to index your resources. This process is most often much longer than the original download.

If you think the resources have downloaded, your software may be indexing. Do you see a Logos icon in your Mac OS status menu?
