I needed to free up some RAM, so I closed Safari and directly restarted it, then I went to Logos and clicked around a bit. I had just right-clicked when the main Logos window 'disappeared' and Safari turned up instead (which is normal), but the right-click popup did not 'disappear', but remained on top of Safari (which is definitely not normal). Obviously the popup should stay in Logos' Space, and not come along to Safari's Space.

You'll probably need a 'minimum specs' computer to recreate this, as the ones you normally work on will probably reopen Safari faster than you can get back to Logos and start doing anything. And you'll also need to have Logos and Safari in different Spaces, of course.
(Btw, does anyone know of a way to make new programs open in the background, without automatically switching over to that Space when launching. Very annoying when your computer is too slow to sit waiting for a program to open.)
