I have a rookie question. Can I click on an English word in the NT and have Logos 4 automatically open up the BDAG entry for the underlying Greek word? Right now I can get it to open up the English dictionary or an encyclopedia.

In one of the interlinears you can. And if BDAG is prioritised.
Eg the ESV
No. The surface data is English so you get an English definition. You can get a definition from BDAG by double-clicking in a Greek bible!
