Image / Book Cover location

Can anyone tell me where the book cover images are located in Logos for Android, and is it possible to move them? Everytime I want to load my phone's photos to my PC I end up automatically transferring 3200 book images as well. There seems to be no option in any software to prevent re-saving the same files over and over, and I obviously don't want to delete them from my phone.

Anyone got any tips, or a way to prevent Kies or Microsoft from automatically finding and saving Logos files to my PC?
