Can anyone help identify what the problem is or a solution?

I do not read logs, so I cannot pinpoint the exact cause of your problem, but I can furnish a couple of hints.
One of the resources in the layout could be corrupted. If you remember the content of the layout, try opening each resource.
More likely, the layout itself is corrupted. In that case, delete it and create a new one.
Thanks Jack! I'll give that a try
Thanks Jack! That did it. It was the Lexham Discourse GNT. Deleted it and Logos is running fine.
Glad to be of assistance. How did you delete it?
I manually navigated to the resource folder, which in windows is C:\Users\"user name"\AppData\Local\Logos4\Data\"random string"\ResourceManager\Resources and deleted the three Lexham discourse files. The only problem I've found is that when they re-downloaded, Logos crashed again. I deleted them again and it works. For right now, I'm just leaving them be. My home computer has no problem with them, so, who knows?
I manually navigated to the resource folder
That works. I was just curious. You could also hide, restart, unhide, restart. There is no easy, straightway method to reinstall a resource that I am aware of. However, fgh has been known to catch me in an erroneous statement [:D]
This sounds odd, but check the date and time set in your computer. The logs indicate there might be a conflict there between your locally-set time and the Logos server time.
date and time are fine. Set to synchronize with internet time. Time zone is fine, etc.
