I have many Libronix Note Files I would like to access for future use. Is there any way of transferring them to Logos 4 or will they only work in Libronix format? Thanks. Brian Oberg (:-}).
Yes you can import them by typing "Import Notes" (without the quotations) into the command bar.
For specific instructions and safety tips please see: http://wiki.logos.com/Importing_from_LDLS3
After spending days with savvy forum help, and even official Logos tech-service help, I cut and pasted thousands of Libronix notes one at a time into Logos4. It took weeks, but it was worth it.
Logos4 can be brought to its knees by note files if not properly organized. Create many notes files, and unhook notes from all but your preferred bible (other bibles, commentaries, and any other versified resources). Now Logos4 is speedy and efficient.

Question, what was wrong with the import command?
Good question, Tom. I'm not a Logos4 notes user, but just guessing from how Logos does their programming, I'd bet the import moves them all into 1 file?
I only say that since I think their programming motto is 'Get 'er done.'
Thank you Rick. I used "Import Notes" in Logos 4 and it worked like a charm. Transferred them all. Great! Brian Oberg (:-}).
